These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Astralis mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Magnum Opus LLC ("Astralis", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Astralis is a multi-system esoteric analysis platform that generates personalized readings by cross-referencing multiple independent astrological, numerological, and energetic frameworks spanning Western, Eastern, and ancient traditions.

1.1 AI-Generated Content

• All readings, chat responses, compatibility analyses, and daily insights are generated by artificial intelligence.
• They are provided for self-discovery and entertainment purposes only.
• They do not constitute professional advice - medical, psychological, financial, legal, or otherwise.
• You should not make important life decisions based solely on Astralis's outputs.

1.2 Accuracy

Astralis's calculations are based on established astronomical and mathematical models used by professional researchers worldwide. AI-generated interpretations may contain inaccuracies inherent to large language models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reading or analysis.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate birth data for the Service to function correctly.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Data Management → "Delete my account".
• Deletion permanently removes all your personal data, charts, connections, and readings.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Core features are available free of charge, including basic chart generation, daily readings, and limited AI chat. Pro and Premium subscriptions unlock deeper readings, more connections, and advanced features.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• App Store/Google Play subscriptions are managed through your device settings.
• Web subscriptions can be canceled through account settings or by emailing support@astralis.so.
• Refunds for web purchases are available within 3 days of purchase.

4. User Content & Connections

• You retain ownership of all personal data you provide.
• When you add someone as a connection, you represent that you have their permission to enter their birth data.
• Shared links expire after 30 days. You are responsible for the content you share.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the calculation engines
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-produced professional advice

6. Intellectual Property

The Astralis name, logos, calculation engines, knowledge base, AI prompt architecture, and user interface are owned by Magnum Opus LLC. The AI prompt architecture, knowledge base files, and cross-system synthesis algorithms are trade secrets of Magnum Opus LLC.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, FINANCIAL, OR LEGAL ADVICE. AI-generated readings are for entertainment and self-discovery purposes only. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

In no event shall Astralis be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. For users in Brazil, consumer protection rights under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor and LGPD apply to the extent they provide greater protection.
